As an event photographer, I've captured over 100 events in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan region. I cover parties, business meetings, conferences, festivals, sporting events and more! The Process

The first step of preparing for an event shoot is the initial conversation. Besides the date and location, I will communicate with you to gather other details of the event so that I can best determine the best positioning for good shots at the best angles. Events only happen once so being prepared for those key shots is imperative.

Once it's time for the event, I will arrive early to conduct a walkthrough of the premises to get a feel of the venue and address any last minute questions and concerns.

Booking For Photography

I have a simple process for booking photography. Once we agree to work together, I then send both a contract and invoice. Upon signing the contract, a booking fee will be due in order to reserve the day and time that I am to photograph the event. The fee covers 50% of the shoot price with the other 50% being due at the day of the event. For your convenience, you are able to make payments online directly from the invoice that will be emailed to you!
