What is the turnaround time for photos?
The time that you will receive photos after a session depends on the type of photography captured. In general, here are the usual turnaround times:
Portraiture: 2-4 weeks
Real estate: 24 hours from time of shoot
Events: Within three days from the date of the shoot
Where are you based and do you travel?
I serve the District of Maryland and Virginia, but I also serve areas outside the immediate region. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance to a shoot. To inquire more about service areas, please contact me so that I can provide more details as well as give an estimate for any travel fees.
How will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos. For real estate photography, you will be sent a link to a separate management platform where you can access the files as well as customize your property website and any marketing materials. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why lorem ipsum dolor sit imet I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Terms of Service for Real Estate Photography
By hiring the photographer, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The photographer will deliver the photos to the client via an online gallery within a reasonable time frame after the photo shoot. The photos will be low-resolution and inaccessible until the client pays the full amount of the invoice. The client is not permitted to download, print, or share the photos until the payment is made in full.
- The client is responsible for paying the invoice within 24 hours of receiving it. The invoice will include the agreed-upon fee for the photography services, as well as any additional expenses incurred by the photographer, such as travel costs or permits.. The photographer reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 10% per month. If not paid after 14 days, photographer may take certain means to collect payment from client including but not limited to: contacting the client's brokerage, reaching out to the real estate commission, etc.
- The client acknowledges that any due balances are to be paid regardless of any changes of the listing's status. The client is still responsible for paying their balance on an invoice even in the event of the listing going off the market.
- The client is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or consents from the property owner, manager, or agent before the photo shoot. The photographer is not liable for any damages or claims arising from the client's failure to do so.
- The photographer retains all rights and ownership of the photos. The client will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos for their own personal or professional purposes, such as marketing, advertising, or listing the property for sale or rent.
- The photographer will use their professional judgment and expertise to produce high-quality photos that showcase the property in its best light. The client acknowledges that photography is a subjective art form and that they have hired the photographer based on their portfolio and style.
- The client acknowledges that refunds will not be provided based on artistic opinions on the quality of the photos and that the photographer has a professional and creative style that may differ from the client's expectations or preferences.
- The photographer is not responsible for any defects or flaws in the property that may affect the quality of the photos, such as poor lighting, clutter, dirt, stains, or damage. The client is expected to prepare and stage the property before the photo shoot to ensure optimal results. The photographer may offer suggestions or recommendations on how to improve the appearance of the property, but they are not obligated to do so.
- The photographer will take reasonable care and precautions to ensure the safety and security of their equipment and data. However, in the unlikely event of loss, theft, damage, or corruption of any photos or files due to circumstances beyond their control, such as fire, flood, theft, vandalism, power failure, equipment malfunction, or human error, the photographer's liability is limited to reshooting the property at a mutually agreed-upon time and location, or refunding the fee paid by the client, at their sole discretion.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to their use of the photos or their breach of these terms and conditions.
